Atragator, atat pe scena cat si pe micul sau marele ecran, actorul Jeff Goldblum (originar din Pittsburg, unde s-a nascut, pe 22 octombrie 1952), este putin probabil un sex simbol. Dar pentru multe femei, in special pentru cele care cauta genul inteligentului excentric, el se potriveste perfect rolului. Cunoscut pentru varietatea personajelor interpretate de el, Goldblum poate juca in roluri principale sau secundare, in drame sau comedii deopotriva.
