Biografie:
La varsta de 21 de ani, actrita Courteney Cox, originara din Alabama, debuteaza in serialul S.F. pentru televiziune Misfits of Science. Atat serialul cat si Cox au fost uitate repede, dar ea s-a alaturat in 1986, in rolul Lauren Miller, prietena lui Alex Keaton (Michael J. Fox), popularului serial TV Family Ties. Cox a inlocuit-o pe Tracy Pollan care a parasit serialul si s-a casatorit in realitate cu Fox.
Cox in viata particulara devine partenera pe o lunga perioada a lui Michael Keaton. Dupa ce a aparut in filmul Ace Ventura Pet Detective alaturi de Jim Carrey, a fost distribuita in rolul Monicai Geller in serialul comedie Friends.
