Biografie:
Lambert a crescut la Geneva, în Elveţia, unde s-a mutat cu familia la varsta de doar 2 ani, apoi la Paris începand cu varsta de 16 ani. A fost acceptat la programul de actorie al Conservatorului din Paris.
Şi-a început cariera de actor în 1980, cu rolul din filmul 'The Telephone Bar'. Regizorul Hugh Hudson l-a distribuit apoi în 'Greystoke - The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes' (1984).
Christofer Lambert a devenit celebru odată cu rolul lui Connor MacLeod, din seria 'Highlander' ('Nemuritorul' - 1986). A fost, pe departe, cel mai important rol al carierei sale. A jucat în toate cele trei părţi ale filmului şi a avut o scurtă apariţie şi în episodul pilot al serialului de televiziune.
