Biografie: Inventivul superstar rap LL Cool J trece cu succes la categoria actor/muzician, in 1990, aparand in cateva filme si seriale TV. Nascut James Todd Smith in Queens, LL Cool J reuseste sa devina un simbol al muzicii rap in anii �80 si �90. Debuteaza in film in propriul sau rol intr-un film rap - Krush Groove in 1985. De asemenea a mai aparut tot in propriul rol in B.A.P.S (1998). Filmele sale din anii �90 i-au oferit sansa de a-si promova si talentul muzical.
Au urmat The Hard Way (1991), unde era politist si filmul fantezie Toys (1992); a fost patru sezoane starul comediei TV In the House (1995-1999). Pe parcursul anilor petrecuti in televiziune, LL Cool J a mai aparut in comedia romantica Woo (1998), in drama Caught Up (1998), in Too Deep (1998) si in horror-ul Halloween H20 (1998).
